This is a 14 credit hour online continuing education distance learning course. This course is designed as a tool to instruct Division I and Division II CILB Contractors on important financial principles, business management, and overall responsible business practices. Additionally, relevant construction-related Florida Statutes and Administrative Rules are thoroughly reviewed. This course is intended for the purpose of meeting Board Rule 61G4-15.006 (3) – Financial Responsibility & Stability, to reduce the required bond or letter of credit requirement by fifty (50) percent.
