The purpose of this course is to provide 2-hour course required by Mississippi. This is a 2 credit hour online distance learning course. This course is designed as a tool to provide Qualifying Parties for residential contractors continuing education as well as being designed to meet the requirements of Miss Code Ann. 73-59-11. This course provides instruction on important business management, and overall responsible business practices. Additionally, relevant construction related Statues and Administrative Rules are thoroughly reviewed. This course also includes the required and most current issue of the NASCLA Contractors Manual (spiral-bound softcover book).
